Terms of Membership Service

1. Eligibility

Membership is open to Kenyan citizens who:

• Are 18 years and above
• Possess a valid National ID or Passport
• Are not members of another political party
• Accept the Party Constitution

2. Accuracy of Information

Applicants must provide true and accurate information.

Providing false information may lead to:

• Rejection of membership
• Cancellation of membership
• Reporting to relevant authorities where necessary

3. Membership Approval

Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee membership. Applications are subject to verification and approval.

4. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

• Uphold the Party Constitution
• Promote party values
• Respect party leadership structures
• Follow party disciplinary procedures

5. Membership Status

Membership may be:

• Pending
• Approved
• Resigned
• Revoked (where disciplinary action applies)

6. Resignation

A member may voluntarily resign through the official resignation process provided on the website.

Once processed:

• Membership status changes to Resigned
• Member rights cease

7. Suspension or Termination

The Party reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if:

• False information is discovered
• Member joins another political party
• Member violates party constitution

8. Changes to Terms

The Party may update these terms when necessary to comply with law or administrative requirements.

9. Acceptance

By registering for membership, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
