3. I am not a member of any other political party.
4. I am voluntarily applying for membership in the Democratic Party of Kenya.
5. I agree to abide by the Party Constitution, rules, and regulations.
6. I consent to my personal data being processed for membership administration in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
7. I understand that providing false information may lead to cancellation of my membership.
8. I consent to the use of my photograph for official party records.
9. I understand I may resign my membership through the official process.
